We’re finishing the year with an exciting schedule for our program, “Living with Aphasia: Talk, Laugh, Live!” You can download our October schedule here.
The week of October 9 starts with Aphasia Book Club or Short Story Club, Writing Group or Card Sharks, and conversational lunch at the Sunshine Center on Monday 10 am to 2 pm.
Wednesday, October 11 we’ll discuss Current Events, plan some Holiday Cheer and Giving, and discuss Living with Aphasia. Caregivers, don’t forget our Caregiver Group on Oct 11 at 10 am – 12 pm. It’s all at the Sunshine Center on Wednesdays.
On Thursday, October 12, we’ll be at the Hale Center in Dunedin with Reading/Communication Book Club in the morning, and Travel/Geography History Club in the afternoon.
We’ll finish the week with an outing. Science Center of Pinellas Tour, Friday, October 13 , 10:00 am – 12:00 pm. Tour includes Planetarium, garden with iguana sanctuary, & touch tank. Plan to join the group after the tour for lunch at Tom & Chee’s, one block away.
